RIM Not a Culprit in Class-Action Lawsuit Against Carrier IQ, Manufacturers and Carriers
December 5th, 2011 NerdBerry_Kendrick A class-action lawsuit was filed against Carrier IQ, manufacturers and carriers. The defendants in the case include Apple, Sprint, AT&T, Samsung and Motorola, also it has been confirmed that T-Mobile does, but does not include RIM. RIM has stated that they do not authorize the application Carrier IQ on Blackberry devices, nor authorized in carrier presale.

Porsche Design Blackberry P’9981 Makes Its Way Through The FCC, Has Bands With Support For The AT&T Network
